-guest teachers: including Chinese Doctors who share the spiritual, emotional and physical wisdom of traditional chinese med.

-focus on the chakra system as a way to approach self-study

-individual appointments with mind-body therapist, Anne Ethier and Shannon Ball, life coach as support for your program

-practice teaching opportunities with real students

-class sequencing

-deep asana study

-Extra small (8 students) so lots of individual attention


  • Become empowered to live yoga in all aspects of life
  • Bring healing and transformative power to yoga students, clients and communities
  • Develop clarity for your own life journey
  • Experience a unique combination of mindfulness, life-coaching and body-centered awareness as blended with yoga practices
  • Explore how the yogic teachings can be applied to your personal present experience
  • Find a well-balanced relationship with meditation, pranayama, yogic philosophy, self-care practices and alignment-based vinyasa yoga

YTT Requirements:

  • Daily yoga/meditation practice of 20 or more minutes
  • 3-4 books for required reading
  • Attendance of at least 10 public classes in community and journal about class
  • Teach a minimum of 5 practice classes to friends, family, anyone
  • Personal appointment during training with Anne and another with Shannon
  • Commitment to this journey of radical growth and fun
